When will my order be shipped?

We work hard to dispatch orders Monday- Friday. Once you place an order it will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods (Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and Sales)


How do you ship my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders in the UK. All Bohemarie orders will be sent via the Royal Mail’s 1st class service. Orders over £50 in value will be sent via the Royal Mail’s 1st class signed for service and will require a signature on delivery.

What if I am not home?

We advise you to use a delivery address where someone can receive and sign for your delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery the Royal Mail will inform you that a delivery was attempted. You can then collect your item from your local depot or re-arrange a delivery. It is your responsibility as a buyer to collect or re-arrange delivery for your item. If you do not collect your item and this subsequently gets returned to the Bohemarie studio you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for this to be re-delivered.

How do I Track my Order?

At Bohemarie we offer free delivery on all orders, because of this, orders under £50 in value will not be sent tracked. Any orders placed under £50 in value will be sent via the Royal Mails 1st class service, this service has a delivery confirmation which will inform you if your item has been delivered or if a delivery attempt has been made. If you placed an order over the value of £50 or over we will send this via the Royal Mail’s 1st class tracked service. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on your dispatch confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the Royal Mail Bohemarie are no longer responsible for any delays due to circumstances outside of our control.
 

All Bohemarie jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty, we are happy to replace any jewellery items with manufacturing faults. Jewellery damaged from wear and tear will not be replaced.

Can I get my jewellery wet?

We always suggest removing jewellery before showering or bathing. Always try to keep your jewellery dry and away from chemicals to ensure that your jewellery lasts for as long as possible.

Refunds

Bohemarie are happy to refund items returned within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be unworn, in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Buyers pay for return postage when returning their item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We strongly advise you to send your package back with either proof of shipping or via a tracked service as we will not be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Once you place a return request, please package up your item in its original packaging and add a note to your package with the following details:

Your Full name
Your email address
Your order number

Orders returned without this information above will take longer for us to process. We strongly advise you to send this information.

Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, it is much easier for you to return your item to us for a refund and then place and additional order for the item you require.
