Do you ship internationally?We currently ship to the UK and the USA.

Is Bohemarie jewellery sterling silver?Yes! All jewellery pieces on our website are 925-sterling silver, even our gold jewellery is plated on top of sterling silver.

Do you have a warranty?All Bohemarie jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty, we are happy to replace any jewellery items with manufacturing faults. Jewellery damaged from wear and tear will not be replaced.

When will my order be shipped?We work hard to dispatch orders Monday- Friday. Once you place an order it will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods (Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and Sales)

How do I track my order?UK orders under £50 in value – sent via Royal Mail 1st class service. This service has a delivery confirmation which will inform you if your item has been delivered or if a delivery attempt has been made. UK orders over £50 in value – sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked service. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on your dispatch confirmation email. International orders - sent via Royal Mail international tracked service. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on your dispatch confirmation email.

Can I get my jewellery wet?We always suggest removing jewellery before working out, showering, and bathing. Always try to keep your jewellery dry and away from chemicals to ensure that your jewellery lasts as long as possible.
