Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email to follow your order’s journey.

Customs, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or duties charged by your country upon arrival.

These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak times (like Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and sale periods), please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Missed Deliveries
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail/USPS, any delays are unfortunately out of our hands.

If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions to reschedule or collect from a local depot.

Uncollected parcels will be returned to the Bohemarie studio. In that case, a re-delivery fee will apply.
