Processing time

Once an order is placed it will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday (this excludes public holidays).

Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods (Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and Sales)

Missed Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail, Bohemarie are no longer responsible for any delays due to circumstances outside of our control.

If you are not home to accept your order Royal Mail/USPS will inform you how to rearrange a delivery/collect from a local Royal Mail/USPS depot. If your order is not collected within the holding period, your order will be returned to the Bohemarie studio. In the event this happens you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for your package to be re-delivered.
