Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods, including Mother's Day, Black Friday, Christmas and sale events, processing times may occasionally be longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Missed Deliveries
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
If you're unavailable when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel.
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or the delivery address provided was incorrect, additional postage will be required before the order can be be resent.
