Jewellery Care

• When not in use, store your jewellery in an airtight bag, away from humidity and direct sunlight to maintain its condition.

Personalised Jewellery – Jewellery personalised with custom engravings cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives faulty.
Custom Pieces – Jewellery created as a bespoke design or made to your own specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives faulty.
